All purchases are to be paid for within 3 working days and if this is not possible please let us know.
All items are provided in the condition described, with postage occuring within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please email us anytime during the transaction, should you have any questions. We aim to answer emails as soon as we a able.
Returns and refunds:
(a) Should your purchase be damaged in transit or it did not arrive and you have taken out insurance through Registered Post, please contact us for the procedure for the recovery of the money or the replacement of the item.
(b) Should your purchase be damaged in transit and you have not taken insuarnce, we are not able to directly replace the item, but may be able to supply another at a reduced cost.
(c) Should your purchase not arrive and you have not taken out insurance, please contact us and we will contact Australia Post with details of postage and they may be able to assist.
(d) Should you simply be unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us, at your expense and we will refund the purchase amount (not freight). Please note, the refund will only be provided if the item is returned in saleable condition.
